New Schöma locomotives for Furka base tunnel renovation

The Frutiger AG company is taking delivery in late 2020/early 2021 of three Schöma Model Type CFL250DCLR M diesel hydraulic locomotives for work on construction duties connected with renovation of the Furka base tunnel. The tunnel opened in 1982 is to be floor-lowered and relaid with new continuous concrete road bed in addition to new drainage and electrical upgrade. The Schöma locomotives are similar to recent deliveries of Tm or Tmf 2/2 to other Swiss regional metre gauge railways and contractors such as Furrer+Frey AG, Bern; Transports Publics Fribourgeois; Regionalverkehr Bern-Solothurn.
This author would like get a check on the serial numbers and delivery dates of these latest three, please.
