11601 to 11613 were allocated to passenger when locos were sectorised in 1999 but went to Cargo in September? 2003 in exchange for all Cargo's Re 460.

That book was littered with many mistakes. Pictures with wrong info, etc.
In fact it even had 11601 and 11602 as passenger loks. I would take it
all with a pinch of salt.
